WHO CAN ATTEND?

Brolay is open to any Co-Farmer, of any age, who may benefit from attending. This includes those with mental health problems, learning difficulties, physical health issues or other health issues.

Brolay offers a 2-tier system of support both on the farm and in the community;
1:1 Enhanced
3:1 Standard
However to continue our person-centred support we will currently only accept a maximum of 6 co-farmers per day. (Co-farmers are welcome to bring their own support as funding requirements will be calculated on the individual care package.)
We are also open to visits from other community groups e.g. schools, playgroups, youth groups, older people groups, church groups etc. These visits will be costed on an individual basis. Our experienced health and social care staff can deliver innovated solutions to any support needed.
We can provide transport (at an extra cost) to and from the farm, and also accept referral from people in the Leicester city, county and Rutland areas.
An adult mental health/learning disabilities group visiting
Providing horses and leaders for a summer youth camp

More volunteers

The recent recruitment campaign has boosted our numbers, but we are always looking to welcome more volunteers.
